SONOGRAPHY IN NEURO-INTENSIVE CARE (SONIC)

SoNIC course includes a wider spectrum of lectures, and interactive sessions. It is innovative and unique as it will allow the delegates to learn how to assess bedside and non invasively many different cerebrovascular diseases including intracranial haemorrage and masses, cerebro spinal fluid disorders, hydrocephalus and external ventricular drain positioning, vasospasm, increased intracranial pressure, metabolic coma, assessment of cerebral autoregulation and non invasive cerebral perfusion. The applications are not just in the neurocritical care setting, but also in general intensive care and in the operating room.
